Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services provide personalized support, accommodations, and assistance to participants in Sydney, allowing them to thrive in their own homes and communities.

What is Supported Independent Living?

Supported Independent Living entails giving individuals with impairments specialised help and accommodations so they can live as independently as possible while receiving the support they need. We provide a variety of assistance at Love & Care Community Services in order to improve participants’ capacity for independent living, personal growth, and community involvement.

What We Offer

Personalised Support Plans:

We work closely with participants to develop individualized support plans that consider their unique needs, goals, and aspirations. Our experienced team takes into account factors such as personal care requirements, meal planning, household management, community access, and social integration.

Daily Living Skills:

Our support staff works with participants to improve their daily living abilities, including grooming, cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and transportation. Our goal is to encourage independence and self-assurance in handling daily tasks.

Accommodation Assistance:

We offer direction and assistance in locating appropriate housing options that fit participants’ requirements and interests. Our staff can help you identify and apply for suitable housing, whether it be in the form of private rentals, shared homes, or other supported living arrangements.

Community Engagement:

We support and promote individuals’ active participation in their communities. Our support staff helps participants find and access local services, social events, educational possibilities, and work prospects that fit their interests and objectives.

24/7 On-call Support:

For crises and urgent situations, Love & Care Community Services provides round-the-clock on-call assistance. The participants are at ease knowing that help is close by whenever it is required.
